We’re experts at optimizing the efficiency of subcritical and supercritical fluid extraction (SFE) using CO2. But we don’t stop there. We actively develop our expertise in other solvents and methods of extraction and separation. And we seek out novel ways to solve problems related to various purification and remediation challenges, regardless of method.

From food and nutraceutical ingredients to applications for industrial sustainability, we love digging in to find superior solutions. Our passion, experience, and technical ability led to the successful launch of our CO2 & multi-solvent extraction systems and automated in-line refinement systems. And we have more exciting products in development related to solutions like chromatography, nanofiltration, and future-proof thermal energy systems for commercial, industrial, and district heating and cooling applications.

Custom Engineering & Manufacturing

At Vitalis, we specialize in the manufacturing of pressure vessels and the fabrication of pressure systems from stainless steel. We’re certified by the American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME), and we’re compliant with the Pressure Equipment Directive (PED).

If you already have designs and just need your equipment manufactured, we can build it from your drawings. For instance, we’ve manufactured gas separators and built custom CBD isolate skids.

We can also work with you to engineer a system that isn’t yet fully formed. Our in-house engineering and automation team has helped multiple companies get up and running with their projects. For example, we’ve assisted other companies with vessel registration for ASME, CRN, and PED.
