DUAL SOLVENT EXTRACTION OPTION

The dual solvent configuration provides extra versatility. By injecting a controlled amount of ethanol into the CO₂ extraction process, the dual solvent extraction system is designed to increase the extraction efficiency for hemp and cannabis processors by leveraging the benefits of CO₂ extraction (capturing terpenes, targeting desired cannabinoids, lowering operating cost) and the power of ethanol. The dual solvent extraction system also provides the option to operate using CO₂ as a mono solvent if desired.

When configured for the Vitalis R-series, the dual solvent extraction system is designed to supercharge your cannabis and hemp operations and help you secure future success in an ever-changing market. Achieve 24-hour throughput of 360 kg (793.6 lb) and average run-times of 120 minutes.*
