Vitalis Cosolvent Injection System
Leverage the purity of CO2 with the power of Ethanol
The Vitalis CIS provides versatility in extraction. By injecting a controlled amount of ethanol into the CO₂ extraction process, the cosolvent system is designed to increase the extraction efficiency for hemp and cannabis processors by leveraging the benefits of CO₂ extraction (capturing terpenes, targeting desired cannabinoids, lowering operating cost) and the power of ethanol. The cosolvent injection system also provides the option to operate using CO₂ as a mono-solvent if desired.
Added to an existing Vitalis Q-series, the new cosolvent unit is designed to supercharge your cannabis and hemp operations and secure future success in an ever-changing market.
Our extraction system design incorporates components that ensure flexibility and scalability, to serve your immediate and future needs. In addition to a growing list of product upgrades, Vitalis offers pre-and post-processing services and equipment to ensure you are set up for success.
