DUAL SOLVENT EXTRACTION OPTION
Leverage the purity of CO2 with the power of Ethanol
Quality and efficiency. Safety and power. All in one flexible system. For the demands of today and tomorrow.
The dual solvent configuration provides extra versatility. By injecting a controlled amount of ethanol into the CO₂ extraction process, the dual solvent extraction system is designed to increase the extraction efficiency for hemp and cannabis processors by leveraging the benefits of CO₂ extraction (capturing terpenes, targeting desired cannabinoids, lowering operating cost) and the power of ethanol. The dual solvent extraction system also provides the option to operate using CO₂ as a mono solvent if desired.
When configured for the Vitalis Q-series, the dual solvent extraction system is designed to supercharge your cannabis and hemp operations and help you secure future success in an ever-changing market. Achieve 24-hour throughput of 240 kg (529.1 lb) and average run-times of 60 minutes.*
Our extraction system design incorporates components that ensure flexibility and scalability, to serve your immediate and future needs. In addition to a growing list of product upgrades, Vitalis offers pre- and post-processing consultation and equipment procurement services to ensure you are set up for success.
* Throughput numbers are based on multiple extractions in a 24-hour cycle, specific potency and recovery figures, and a specific mill size. Additional factors, including SOPs (standard operating procedures), will also contribute to system performance.
